To begin ye elegant day at sea, you’ll enjoy a lovely cruise up Pine Island Sound or Matlacha Pass before docking at Useppa Marina. After relaxing for a few moments in the dockside Tarpon Bar adjacent to the Useppa Gift Shop, Capt. Squid be takin’ ye on a short (or long, if you like) walking tour of this historic island whilst he fills you in on its pirate past and socialite present. Ye be strolling merrily down the Pink Promenade beside stunning, multi-million-dollar island homes, the Useppa Museum, lush tropical gardens, bocce ball and croquet courts, and incredible, waterfront views.
At last, ye will gaze upon the Collier Inn, high atop an ancient Calusa Indian mound overlooking the bay. Once there, you may lounge by the pool under fragrant plumeria trees. Tennis courts, a library, and cold refreshments await nearby for ye pleasure. Try a Shipwreck, the famous Useppa rum cocktail.
Bring a picnic, dine at a Useppa restaurant (reservations needed. We can arrange), or we can motor over to Cabbage Key for lunch. It’s up to you!
